From that shared foundation, clients move into their own personal integration work — using multimodal tools including guided discussions, reflective exercises, somatic practices, and more, each designed to honor the way their nervous system actually processes experience.

Once individual integration is complete, the pathway gently opens into optional structured relational discussions — bringing autistic and non-autistic participants together for insight-based, neurologically respectful exploration.
