Step by Step. Neruodiversity-Affirming. Designed for You.
When you begin working with your provider through the R.E.A.L. program, you receive access to your own client portal. It is not a supplement to the work you do in sessions. It is part of the work itself.
The portal holds your materials at every step of the 10-step progression: the educational videos, the integration tools, and the reflection exercises, all organized according to your neurology and your relational focus. You can move through it at your own pace, return to things that need more time, and carry what you discover directly into your sessions.
Over time, the work becomes cumulative rather than fragmented. Every step builds on the last. Every substep arrives with context and purpose.

Reflection questions translated for your own neurology and relational focus, either family relationships or intimate life partnerships.
Access to the Seven R.E.A.L.™ Integration Modalities, adapted for your autistic or non-autistic processing style
Step-specific integration guidance aligned with where you are in the journey
Optional relational discussion templates designed to support meaningful communication with your partner or family members
You begin with structured psychoeducational modules that build shared language and a neurodiversity-affirming foundation. Everyone starts from a place of understanding.
From that shared foundation, you move into your own personal integration work using multimodal tools including guided discussions, reflective exercises, somatic practices, and more, each designed to honor the way your autistic or non-autitic nervous system actually processes experience.
Once individual integration is complete, the pathway gently opens into optional structured relational discussions, bringing you and your partner or family members together for insight-based, neurologically respectful exploration.
Because your work between sessions is structured and progressive, each step builds on the one before it. You are not piecing things together on your own. The portal holds the thread so you and your provider can pick it up together.
You arrive prepared, not starting from scratch.
You carry language and insight into the room with you.
The learning accumulates, rather than fragments
Each session can go deeper because the groundwork is already laid
Because the work unfolds across a progressive 10-step process, each stage builds beautifully on what came before. Insight deepens. Patterns become clearer. Conversations become more grounded and more real.

On the left, you can see the navigation for a single step, broken into its three stages: the core concept videos, the integration modalities, and the post-step relational discussion. Each item in the list is there because it serves a specific purpose at a specific moment in the work. Nothing is filler.
On the right is one of the integration modality options: the beginning of a poem written for autistic clients at Step 6, as they begin to explore Neurodiverse Relationship Dynamics™. It is one of several ways you can engage with the material at that step. You might choose the poem. You might choose a journaling invitation, a somatic practice, a guided reflection, or an insight and integration module. The choice is yours, and it is always guided by what your nervous system needs at that moment.
This is what it means for the work to be client-led. You are not moving through a fixed sequence of tasks. You are moving through a structured pathway with genuine options at every stage, supported by your provider and held by the framework.

Everything is organized in one place: videos, integration tools, and relational discussions, all allowing your progress to remain connected and coherent from session to session.
Your portal is hosted on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Your materials are organized, accessible, and always where you left them. There is nothing to download, nothing to keep track of, and no pressure to move faster than your nervous system is ready for.
The structure is already built. Your pathway is already waiting. The work can begin as soon as you are ready.
