The R.E.A.L.™ Supplemental Resources

Structured Extensions for Focused Insight

The core R.E.A.L. Neurodiverse™ programs provide the primary developmental pathway.

Supplemental resources are designed for moments when a client needs something more specific — more focused, more contextual, or more relationally precise.

They are not required. They are not replacements. They are structured extensions.

Used thoughtfully, they deepen insight and expand what becomes possible inside the work.

What They Are

➡️

Theory of Mind Reflection Session (ToM-RS)

Included with Entry-Level NFS-E Credential Access

The Theory of Mind Reflection Session (ToM-RS) is a semi-structured, provider-guided interview designed to strengthen emotional recognition and relational insight.

➡️

Theory of Mind

Dyadic Tool
(ToM-DT)

Available with Advanced

NFS-S or NFS-P Credentials

The Theory of Mind Dyadic Tool (ToM-DT) expands reflection into structured relational dialogue.

➡️

Theory of Mind Dyadic Tool — Video Interaction Analysis (ToM-DT VIA)

Available with Advanced

NFS-S or NFS-P Credentials

The ToM-DT VIA integrates consensually recorded video of real relational interactions into the reflection process.

This is neurodiversity-affirming support that addresses individual need while staying relationally focused and insurance-ready.

➡️ Theory of Mind Reflection Session (ToM-RS)

Included with NFS-E Credential Access

The Theory of Mind Reflection Session (ToM-RS) is a semi-structured, provider-guided interview designed to strengthen emotional recognition and relational insight.

Rather than relying on abstract language or fictional scenarios, the ToM-RS anchors Theory of Mind development in the client’s real lived experiences.

It supports three progressive levels of reflection:

  • Recognition

  • Interpretation

  • Insight

This structure allows clients to explore emotional moments safely and systematically — particularly valuable for neurodivergent individuals who benefit from concrete, personalized reflection.

➡️ Theory of Mind Dyadic Tool (ToM-DT)

Available with Advanced NFS-S or NFS-P Credentials

The Theory of Mind Dyadic Tool (ToM-DT) expands reflection into structured relational dialogue.

This six-step process guides two individuals through a shared relational event, helping each person:

  • Recognize emotional cues

  • Interpret relational meaning

  • Develop deeper insight

Each individual completes reflection separately with their provider before perspectives are shared — preserving emotional safety and clarity.

The ToM-DT is especially powerful for relationships shaped by neurological differences, where emotional processing styles may diverge significantly.

Available to providers who have completed the NFS-S (Specialist) or NFS-P (Practitioner) credentials.

➡️ Theory of Mind Dyadic Tool

Video Interaction Analysis (ToM-DT VIA)

Included with NFS-S or NFS-P Credentials

The ToM-DT VIA integrates consensually recorded video of real relational interactions into the reflection process.

By reducing reliance on memory alone, this tool allows providers and clients to:

  • Identify subtle nonverbal cues

  • Observe emotional shifts

  • Clarify misattunements with greater accuracy

Like the ToM-DT, this tool follows a structured six-step progression across Recognition, Interpretation, and Insight — but with added visual precision.

For neurodiverse relationships, where emotional cues may be missed or misread in real time, video-supported reflection can significantly increase mutual understanding.

Available to providers holding advanced NFS-S (Specialist) or NFS-P (Practitioner) credentials.

The Three-Stage Insight Pathway

Supplemental tools are not separate from the process — they are introduced strategically

within Phases 2 and 3 when greater depth or clarity is needed.

📹

1. Neurodiversity Education

Foundation first — supplemental tools are introduced only after shared language is established.

🌀

2. Individual Integration

Tools such as the ToM Reflection Session can support structured emotional exploration during this phase.

🌿

3. Relational Discussion

Advanced dyadic supplemental tools may be introduced to guide shared reflection and increase relational accuracy.

Optional. Structured. Credential-aligned. Integrated.

➡️ Strengthen Insight. Expand Capacity. Maintain Clarity.

Supplemental Tools Give Providers:

  • Structured relational accuracy

  • Safer dyadic dialogue

  • Neurologically respectful insight-building

  • Ethical scope alignment

They are optional — but powerful.

And they grow with your credential.

Expand Your Scope. Deepen Your Practice.

Everything you need to begin — built into one structured system.

Included in your Solo Practice access, ready to integrate when your clients need them.
